Everyone can participate in art and culture. That is Tumult's mission.
In the municipality of Groningen, we offer workshops, courses, and lessons in music, theater, and visual arts. Additionally, through Tumult in the education sector, we provide cultural offerings for schools, both during and outside school hours.
Tumult's local culture coaches bring art and culture to the city's neighborhoods, and through Open Studio, we facilitate accessible spaces where young people can develop creatively, personally, and socially.
With KultuurLoket, we make amateur art possible throughout the province with advice and support, and through POPgroningen, we promote pop music from Groningen. We are here for everyone, so for you too!
